The CNA is the supervising organization for the operation, maintenance, and management of the transferred infrastructure and equipment. The CNA also provides the WUAs with technical assistance in carrying out operational activities. Promotional Activities Organizing meetings with water users of the district was the first action carried out in all transferred districts. The purpose of these meetings was to explain the transfer program, its advantages, and the responsibilities the organization of users would take on.
